CentralChina MT (09982) has announced the appointment of Mr. Pei Gang and Mr. Wang Kai as executive directors, effective from May 14, 2026. Concurrently, Mr. Tan Juejing has resigned from his positions as (i) the company secretary and (ii) the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, also effective from May 14, 2026.
