ORANGE TOUR (08627) announced that Mr. He Youguo has resigned from his position as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective January 30, 2026, due to other personal and business commitments.

Consequently, Mr. He has also stepped down from his roles as the Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee and as a member of the Company's Nomination Committee.

Following his resignation, Mr. He will no longer hold any position within the Group.

Ms. Xu Yiyun has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee, and a member of the Nomination Committee, effective from January 30, 2026, succeeding Mr. He in these roles.
