Company shareholders have transferred 46.51 million shares into the Bank of Communications trust, increasing their stake by 8.68%. This move comes as PuraPharm released its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026, posting revenue of HK$160 million, a year-on-year decrease of 7.3%.

During the period, the company recorded a net loss of HK$14.244 million, narrowing by 34.7% compared to the previous year, with a basic loss per share of HK$0.0266. The company attributed the revenue decline primarily to intense market competition in China's health products sector, while the reduced loss was mainly due to lower administrative expenses during the 2026 interim period.
