SANVO Chemicals Announces Executive Shifts: New Company Secretary and Board Committee Changes Effective 27 March 2026

SANVO Fine Chemicals Group Limited (SANVO Chemicals) has reorganised key corporate governance roles, effective 27 March 2026.

Mr. Ng Cheuk Lun has resigned as Company Secretary to pursue personal business interests. He continues to serve as Executive Director, Authorised Representative under Listing Rule 3.05, and retains all current board committee positions.

Concurrent with Mr. Ng’s resignation, Mr. Chen Bingqiang ceased to act as Authorised Representative. Mr. Chen remains Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director and a member of all existing board committees.

Mr. Man Yun Wah has been appointed both Company Secretary and Authorised Representative. Mr. Man holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, a Master’s degree in Corporate Governance, and is an associate member of The Chartered Governance Institute and The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute. His professional background satisfies the qualifications stipulated in Listing Rule 3.28.

In addition, Ms. Wang Xiaorong, currently a Non-Executive Director, has been appointed to the Nomination Committee, also effective 27 March 2026.

The Board expressed gratitude to Mr. Ng and Mr. Chen for their contributions in their former roles and welcomed Mr. Man to his new positions. All departing and incoming officers confirmed no disagreements with the Board and no other matters requiring shareholder or Stock Exchange attention.
