ILUVATAR COREX (09903) has issued an announcement that on October 15, 2026, pursuant to the authorization granted by shareholders, the company granted a total of 2.2241 million awards to 273 selected employee participants (the grantees) under its H-share equity incentive plan at a purchase price of RMB 1.00 per H share, involving 2.2241 million H shares of the company (the grant), subject to acceptance by the grantees.

The number of H shares involved in the awards described in this announcement and the plan authorization limit of the H-share equity incentive plan has taken into account adjustments arising from the capitalization issue.

Following the completion of the capitalization issue, the total number of issued shares of the company increased from 269 million shares to 808 million shares (comprising 27.6473 million unlisted shares and 780 million H shares).
