Mao Geping Cosmetics Co., Ltd. disclosed a repurchase of 30,000 H-shares on 09 October 2026, deploying HK$1.40 million at a fixed price of HK$46.50 per share.

The transaction shifted the shares from public float to treasury, reducing the number of issued shares in public hands to 489.98 million (-0.006 %) while lifting treasury stock to 210,900 shares. Total issued share capital remained unchanged at 490.19 million shares because the repurchased shares have not been cancelled.

The buyback was executed under the general mandate approved on 24 April 2026, which authorises Mao Geping to repurchase up to 14.71 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 210,900 shares, equivalent to 0.04 % of the company’s issued share base at mandate date, leaving more than 14.49 million shares available for further action.

In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Mao Geping is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares for 30 days following the repurchase, setting a moratorium period that runs through 08 November 2026.
