The main structure of JD.com's Smart Industrial Park in Shunyi, Beijing, located in Dasungezhuang Town, has been fully completed. This next-generation smart logistics park is expected to be operational by July next year.
The project is divided into northern and southern zones, with plans for three intelligent warehouses and supporting facilities, covering a total construction area of 114,000 square meters. As a model park for next-generation supply chain-oriented e-commerce and smart logistics, the facility will integrate JD.com's settlement center and deploy advanced technologies such as 5G and BeiDou navigation to develop digital supply chain solutions. Additionally, it will include an integrated emergency consumption distribution center. Upon operation, the park is expected to drive coordinated growth in transportation, commerce, and related industries, injecting new momentum into Shunyi District's economic and social development.
Supporting infrastructure around the project is also progressing. The Yinjiafu 110kV power substation is expected to be operational within the year, ensuring stable electricity supply for the park. A small green space project has already been completed and opened to employees and nearby residents. Meanwhile, preparations for a water plant are accelerating to secure reliable water resources for the park.
"Dasungezhuang Town is committed to its vision of becoming a 'demonstration hub for smart logistics, modern agriculture near the airport, and rural leisure tourism,' and fully supports this project," said Liu Chen, head of the town's logistics park. Once operational, the facility will energize regional smart logistics development and further stimulate local economic activity. The town will continue providing high-quality services to businesses, fostering an optimal investment environment.
