Zhejiang Shibao Publishes 2026 Interim Report and Formalises Full Transition to Electronic Corporate Communications

Bulletin Express09-24

Zhejiang Shibao Company Limited announced that its 2026 Interim Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the HKEXnews website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s website (www.zjshibao.com). Printed copies will be provided free of charge upon request to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.

The Board confirmed that, with effect from 31 December 2023, Zhejiang Shibao has adopted the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s expanded paper-reduction regime under Listing Rule 2.07A. All future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, notices of meetings, circulars and proxy forms—will be disseminated electronically through the company’s and HKEXnews websites.

Registered shareholders are encouraged to supply functional email addresses by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the form to the share registrar. Failing to provide an email address will require shareholders to monitor the company and HKEXnews websites proactively; actionable corporate communications will then be dispatched in printed form.

Shareholders preferring hard-copy documents may request printed versions via email (zhejiangshibao.ecom@computershare.com.hk) or by written notice to the share registrar. Such requests remain valid for one year from receipt.

Enquiries can be directed to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited during business hours at (+852) 2862 8688.
