YADEA Announces INED Wong Lung Ming’s Resignation and Remuneration Committee Re-Assignment

Yadea Group Holdings Ltd. (YADEA) disclosed on 27 April 2026 that Independent Non-Executive Director (INED) Mr. Wong Lung Ming has resigned from the Board, and from his roles on the audit, remuneration, and nomination committees. The resignation takes effect on 29 April 2026 and is attributed to other business commitments.

Mr. Wong confirmed there is no disagreement with the Board and no additional matters requiring shareholder or exchange attention. The Board extended its appreciation for his contributions during his tenure.

Effective the same date, INED Mr. Chen Mingyu will join the remuneration committee, ensuring the committee retains independent oversight.
