Hisense Home Appliances Group Co.,Ltd. (HKG: 00921) announced that, during the period from March 5, 2026, to July 6, 2026, the company and its subsidiaries, the air-conditioning company and the refrigerator marketing company (as subscribers), have entered into a wealth management agreement with Western Trust to subscribe for Western Trust wealth management products.
The total subscription amount for these products is RMB 1.84 billion.
The group will utilize its own idle funds to pay the subscription amounts under these Western Trust wealth management agreements.
