According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on October 16, FIL Limited increased its holdings in GENSCRIPT B-1K (01548) by 10,473,070 shares at a price of HK$33.5397 per share, for a total consideration of approximately HK$351 million.
Following the increase, its latest shareholding stands at approximately 211 million shares, representing a latest stake of 9.26%.
The transaction involves other related parties: 483A Bay Street Holdings LP, 483A Bay Street Holdings Management LLC, Fidelity Canada Investors LLC, Pandanus Associates Inc., and Pandanus Partners L.P.
