IMOTIONTECH (01274) announced that Mr. Liu Yong has tendered his resignation as an independent non-executive director of the company due to personal work arrangements. Consequently, he will also step down from his positions as Chairman of the Audit Committee and member of the Remuneration and Assessment Committee, effective from January 15, 2026.
