SMOORE INTL (06969) announced that the board has appointed executive director Ms. Wang Xin and independent non-executive director Mr. Yan Xiaoying as new members of the company's nomination committee, effective from December 24, 2025. Independent non-executive director Mr. Zhong Shan has been appointed as the lead independent non-executive director, effective from the same date.
