FOURTH PARADIGM (06682) announced that, pursuant to its share option scheme adopted on September 19, 2024, the company granted a total of 9.8037 million share options to eligible participants (grantees) on November 25, 2025. Each option allows the purchase of one ordinary H-share listed on the Stock Exchange at HK$48.38 per share, subject to acceptance by the grantees.
