NEW AMANTE (08412) announced that Mr. Pang Zhenyu has resigned from his position as an independent non-executive director of the company, effective April 1, 2026. Following his resignation, Mr. Pang will no longer serve as the Chairman and a member of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee, nor as a member of the Nomination Committee. Concurrently with his resignation, Mr. Pang will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer of the company. Mr. Zheng Jingye has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, Chairman and member of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Nomination Committee. The appointments will take effect following the conclusion of the board meeting held on April 1, 2026.
