Bulletin Express11-02 18:04

YSB Inc. (Hong Kong: 09885) reported via a Next Day Disclosure Return that it bought back 265,000 ordinary shares on 2 November 2026 on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging between HKD 3.375 and HKD 3.53 per share, for a total consideration of HKD 0.93 million. All repurchased shares are earmarked for cancellation and none will be held as treasury stock.

Including the latest transaction, YSB has repurchased 7.78 million shares since its current share-buyback mandate was approved on 21 May 2026, utilising 1.13% of the 68.81 million shares authorised for repurchase. The company therefore retains capacity to repurchase up to approximately 61.03 million additional shares under this mandate.

Despite the active buyback programme—now standing at 60 separate tranches dating back to August 2025—YSB’s issued share capital remained at 692.49 million shares as at 2 November 2026 because the repurchased shares have not yet been cancelled. The company held no treasury shares at period-end.

Under Hong Kong Listing Rule 10.06(3)(a), YSB is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 2 December 2026 following the 2 November repurchase.
