KARRIE INT'L Surges Over 13% Intraday as AI Enterprise Server Chassis Orders Prepare for Mass Production

KARRIE INT'L (01050) saw an intraday surge of over 13%. At the time of writing, the stock was up 9.54%, trading at HK$2.64 with a turnover of HK$11.3138 million.

On the evening of January 22, KARRIE INT'L announced that, starting from the third quarter of 2025, the group has received server chassis orders from a leading artificial intelligence enterprise. This order has completed the design and development phase, passed the customer's sample validation, and is now preparing to enter mass production. Concurrently, the group has also successfully secured design and prototype requirements for the customer's next-generation AI architecture, which includes network switch chassis, AI computing chassis, and server racks, with deliveries expected to commence throughout 2026.

Regarding progress with the ASIC (Application-Specific Integrated Circuit) client, the group began mass production in the third quarter of 2025 and rapidly scaled up the delivery volume of ASIC-related server chassis in the second half of the year. The end customer for these ASIC chassis is a leading US technology company. The company anticipates that customer demand for production capacity at its factories in China and Thailand will remain strong throughout 2026. Furthermore, construction has officially commenced on the group's new production base on self-purchased land in Thailand, with the first phase of production equipment expected to be operational by the end of this year.
