Shoucheng Holdings Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Yoshiaki Matsuoka as a Non-executive Director, effective 29 August 2026.

Mr. Matsuoka, aged 58, brings 35 years of experience from ORIX Corporation, where he currently serves as Executive Officer and Head of Asia-Pacific Business Headquarters. He also sits on the board of OLP Financial Services Pakistan Limited.

Engagement terms specify an initial tenure from 29 August 2026 to 31 December 2026, with automatic one-year renewals subject to rotation and re-election at least every three years in accordance with Shoucheng’s articles of association. Compensation is set at a director’s fee of HK$0.25 million per full year, prorated to actual service, plus an attendance allowance of HK$5,000 per Board or committee meeting.

The company confirmed that Mr. Matsuoka holds no shares in Shoucheng at the time of appointment and has no board-level relationships within the group or its substantial shareholders beyond his role at ORIX, a substantial shareholder of Shoucheng.

The Board, chaired by Mr. Zhao Tianyang, welcomed Mr. Matsuoka’s addition, citing his extensive financial-sector and corporate-management expertise.
