CGS Schedules 29 October 2026 Board Meeting to Approve 9M 2026 Unaudited Results

China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. (CGS) has issued a notice that its board of directors will convene on 29 October 2026 to consider and approve the group’s unaudited financial results for the nine months ended 30 September 2026.

The disclosure, released pursuant to Rule 13.43 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, specifies that the accounts will be prepared under China Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises. Publication of the results will follow the board’s review.

The announcement was signed by Chairman and Executive Director Wang Sheng on 16 October 2026 in Beijing. The current board comprises two executive directors (Wang Sheng and Vice Chairman & President Xue Jun), four non-executive directors (Yang Tijun, Li Hui, Huang Yan and Song Weigang) and four independent non-executive directors (Liu Li, Ma Zhiming, Fan Xiaoyun and Lee Wai Wang Robert).

Investors will gain insight into CGS’s performance for the first nine months of 2026 once the unaudited results are released following the late-October meeting.
