Hanking Gold International Limited disclosed that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Fushun Hanking Aoniu Mining Co., Ltd., has contributed RMB3.00 million to the Red Cross Society of Fushun following the severe rainstorm and flooding that struck Fushun, Liaoning on 13 July 2026.

The earmarked funds will finance emergency rescue, temporary resettlement of displaced residents, acquisition of relief equipment, and post-disaster restoration projects. Complementing the cash donation, the Group has mobilised mine-site machinery and personnel to clear spillways and has vacated staff dormitories to house affected residents, reinforcing frontline relief operations.

Hanking Gold confirmed that the contribution will be funded entirely from Aoniu Mining’s internal operating resources and is not expected to exert any material impact on the Group’s overall operations or financial position.

Management reiterated the company’s long-standing commitment to local communities in Liaoning, underscoring a “people-first” ethos and the Group’s ongoing dedication to social responsibility initiatives.
