Hongxing Coldchain Introduces Fully Electronic Corporate Communications Scheme

Bulletin Express04-28

On 28 April 2026, Hongxing Coldchain (Hunan) Co., Ltd. announced the formal adoption of a fully electronic dissemination model for all future corporate communications, in line with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Listing Rules.

All statutory documents—including annual reports, interim reports, notices of meeting, circulars and proxy forms—will be released exclusively on two designated platforms: the company website (www.hnhxld.com) and HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will be dispatched only upon specific request.

The board will no longer issue separate notifications when new documents are uploaded, placing the onus on non-registered shareholders to monitor the two websites for updates. Shareholders preferring hard copies must submit a completed request form to Tricor Investor Services Ltd., 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or email 1641-ecom@vistra.com. The selected delivery preference will remain effective until it is formally changed or revoked.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at (852) 2980 1333, available Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 (Hong Kong time), or via email at 1641-ecom@vistra.com. The notice was issued under the authority of Chairman and non-executive Director Luo Yue.
