According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on June 30, BlackRock reduced its holding in COSCO SHIP ENGY (HKG: 01138) by 7,576,573 shares.
The transaction was executed at an average price of approximately HK$14.4163 per share, resulting in a total consideration of about HK$1.09 billion.
Following this divestment, BlackRock's latest shareholding stands at approximately 114 million shares, representing a stake of 8.79% in the company.
