Linklogis-W repurchases 2.70 million shares on 30 June; 138.73 million shares now awaiting cancellation

Linklogis Inc. (Linklogis-W) disclosed in its Next Day Disclosure Return (30 June 2026) that it bought back 2.70 million weighted-voting ordinary shares on 30 June 2026 via on-market transactions at prices ranging from HKD 1.76 to HKD 1.85 per share. The total consideration amounted to HKD 4.93 million, implying an average repurchase price of approximately HKD 1.83 per share.

As at the close of 30 June 2026, Linklogis’s issued share capital remained at 1.89 billion shares, with no treasury shares recorded. However, 138.73 million shares repurchased between 1 September 2025 and 30 June 2026 are still pending formal cancellation. This unreduced pool is equivalent to about 7.37 % of the company’s current issued share base.

Latest mandate utilisation • Shareholders authorised management on 16 June 2026 to repurchase up to 201.53 million shares. • Since the mandate date, 17.50 million shares have been bought back, representing 0.87 % of the shares outstanding on that date. • Following the 30 June transaction, the moratorium on new share issues or treasury share disposals runs until 30 July 2026.

The company’s continuous buy-back programme underscores ongoing efforts to reduce share count, although actual cancellation of the repurchased shares has yet to be executed, leaving the reported issued share total unchanged for now.
