On December 2, Jiangsu Suzhou Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. (603323) announced that it received a notice from its shareholder Hengtong Group regarding the release and re-pledging of shares. Hengtong Group released 2.42 million shares from pledge, accounting for 1.76% of its total holdings and 0.12% of the bank's total share capital. Subsequently, the group re-pledged 2.20 million shares, representing 1.60% of its holdings and 0.11% of the bank's total shares.

As of the announcement date, Hengtong Group's cumulative pledged shares amount to 99.90 million, constituting 72.68% of its holdings and 4.95% of the bank's total share capital.
