China CITIC Bank Corporation Limited has issued the official reply slip for its Second Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of 2026, requesting H-share investors to confirm attendance or proxy arrangements ahead of the session.

The meeting is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, 13 May 2026, at Conference Room 818, 8th Floor, CITIC Plaza, Building No. 1, 10 Guanghua Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, People’s Republic of China.

Key participation requirements: • Eligible holders: Registered owners of H-shares with a nominal value of RMB 1.00 each in the bank’s share capital. • Confirmation deadline: Signed reply slips must reach the H-share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited (17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong) no later than Tuesday, 12 May 2026. • Submission details: Shareholders should state their full registered name, address and the exact number of H-shares held. They may attend in person or appoint a proxy.
