According to Zhitong Finance APP, ZHAOWEI (02692) surged nearly 19% during intraday trading, and as of press time, it was up 17.81% at HK$33.2, with a turnover of HK$83.819 million.

On the news front, Tesla Motors recently stated in its annual shareholder report materials that the third-generation Optimus is ready for large-scale mass production. Musk said on social media that Optimus and Cybercab will constitute the "vast majority" of Tesla's value, and reiterated that the company will focus on robotics and artificial intelligence.

Industry insiders believe that if Optimus enters a mass production ramp-up phase, demand for related components is expected to increase. A research report from Huaxing Securities pointed out that ZHAOWEI divides its robotics business into three categories: complete hands, contract manufacturing, and modules, aiming to flexibly adapt to the R&D needs of different OEMs while focusing on micro transmission drives, targeting the more technically demanding robotic hands and dexterous hands.

The company's robotics-related revenue in 2025 is approximately RMB 23.87 million, of which over 90% comes from component and module sales, while complete robot hand shipments remain relatively small. The company expects its robotics business revenue to double in 2026 to reach RMB 40–50 million, and is aiming for revenue to exceed RMB 100 million by 2027.
