Beijing Energy International Clean Energy Co., Ltd., known as JNCEC (HKEX: 00579), has announced the appointment of Grant Thornton Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) as its domestic audit firm for the fiscal year 2026.
The appointment is set to take effect from June 25, 2026, and will remain in place until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting of shareholders.
