BAMA TEA Repurchases 311,500 H-Shares in August; Treasury Stock Climbs to 0.55% of Issued Share Base

For the month ended 31 August 2026, Bama Tea Co., Ltd. (BAMA TEA) maintained its registered share capital at RMB 85.00 million, split into 84.92 million H-shares and 80,000 domestic shares, each with a par value of RMB 1.

Key share movements centred on on-market buy-backs of H-shares: • Six repurchase transactions were executed between 21 and 31 August 2026 at prices ranging from HKD 27.92 to HKD 31.94 per share. • A total of 311,500 H-shares were bought, costing approximately HKD 9.68 million, or an average of about HKD 31.07 per share. • All repurchased shares were moved into treasury, lifting the treasury stock balance to 463,200 H-shares, equivalent to roughly 0.55 % of the 84.92 million issued H-shares.

Consequently, BAMA TEA’s outstanding H-share count (excluding treasury shares) fell 0.37 % during August to 84.46 million. The company confirmed that it continued to meet the Hong Kong Main Board’s minimum 25 % public-float requirement as at month-end.

No new shares, options, warrants, or convertible securities were issued, and no changes occurred in the company’s domestic-share capital.
