Financial Snapshot • Revenue reached RMB 6.31 billion, while total assets stood at RMB 188.04 billion. • Contracted sales totaled RMB 4.78 billion, supported by a land bank of 23 million sq m across 36 Chinese cities.
ESG Ratings and Governance • Logan retained an “A” MSCI ESG rating for the second consecutive year. • A board-level Sustainability Committee, chaired by the group chairman, oversees climate strategy and reports twice yearly. • Twenty anti-corruption training sessions (150 hours) covered 1,925 employees; no major compliance breaches were reported.
Environmental Performance • Three additional projects achieved at least basic-star Green Building certification, raising cumulative certified green floor area to over 40.65 million sq m. • 2025 saw a 73 % cut in Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse-gas emissions from the 2022 base, while water consumption intensity fell 26 % to 0.11 m³ per sq m. • Company-wide targets include a 10 % reduction in absolute carbon emissions and wastewater discharge, and a 30 % cut in energy-use intensity by 2027. • Annual dust‐suppression and waste-management controls were deployed at all active sites; no major environmental violations occurred.
Social Initiatives • Employee training reached 38,080 hours with 100 % staff coverage; average satisfaction scored 95/100. • Zero work-related fatalities were recorded; 25 safety risk assessments and 10,166 on-site safety sessions were completed. • Community engagement featured 4,630 cultural and recreational events involving 1.43 million residents; customer satisfaction averaged 81.24 points. • Logan Charity Fund channelled RMB 1.13 million to public-welfare programmes, contributing 55,180 volunteer hours and benefiting 22,870 people.
Supply Chain & Technology • Over 600 on-site supplier audits were completed; 50 suppliers underwent corrective actions. • Digital platforms such as “Monolith 2.0” and “Loganhui” processed more than 3.64 million work orders and registered 430,000 users, bolstering operational efficiency and service transparency.
