MCC Announces Resignation of Independent Non-Executive Director Wu Jianing

Metallurgical Corporation Of China Ltd. (MCC) has announced that on April 29, 2026, the board of directors received a written resignation letter from Mr. Wu Jianing. Mr. Wu, having served as an independent non-executive director of the company for a continuous period of six years, submitted his resignation in accordance with the relevant provisions of the China Securities Regulatory Commission's "Measures for the Administration of Independent Directors of Listed Companies" and the company's "Articles of Association." He applied to resign from his positions as independent non-executive director, chairman of the board's audit committee, and member of the sustainable development committee. Following the effectiveness of his resignation, Mr. Wu will no longer hold any position within the company.
