C FIN INT INV (00721) rose more than 30% earlier this morning, after closing up 38.60% in the previous session. At the time of writing, the stock was up 10.13% at HK$0.087, with a turnover of HK$11.01 million.

On the evening of March 11, C FIN INT INV announced the introduction of a strategic investor, issuing a total of 2.194 billion new shares to PHANCY. This represents 16.67% of the enlarged share capital. The issue price was set at HK$0.04 per share, a discount of 29.82% to the closing price on March 11. The net proceeds of approximately HK$87.27 million are intended primarily for future investments in financial assets and virtual assets.

Concurrently, the company issued a total of 2.501 billion warrants to PHANCY and two related parties, Huang Shiying and Liu Yongxing. The issue price for the warrants is HK$0.005, with an exercise price of HK$0.058, bringing the total cost to HK$0.063 per warrant, representing a premium of 10.53% over the March 11 closing price. The net proceeds from this warrant issuance amount to approximately HK$11.51 million.
