Suixi Rural Commercial Bank in Guangdong Fined 1.25 Million Yuan for Governance Lapses

The National Financial Regulatory Administration's Zhanjiang branch has issued administrative penalties against Guangdong Suixi Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. and related responsible individuals for a series of compliance failures.

The penalties were imposed due to deficiencies in equity management, inadequate loan review procedures, insufficient post-loan management diligence, and inaccurate loan risk classification.

Guangdong Suixi Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. has been fined 1.25 million yuan. In addition, individual penalties have been levied against several personnel.

Zhu Xuefei received a warning and a fine of 50,000 yuan. Warnings were also issued to Lin Ansong, Wang Weiwen, Chen Boru, Hong Qingshi, Chen Min, and Chen Ze.
