Recently, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Jiangsu Province announced the proposed list for the 2025 provincial-level enterprise technology center recognitions. Two companies located in the Xiangcheng High-tech Zone, Honghu (Suzhou) Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. and Suzhou Rusheng Electronics Co., Ltd., were named on the list. An enterprise technology center is a technical R&D and innovation institution established by a company based on market competition needs and strategic development planning; it is responsible for formulating corporate technological innovation plans, conducting industrial technology research and development, creating and utilizing intellectual property, establishing technical standard systems, attracting and training innovative talent, and building collaborative innovation networks, serving as the core force for a company's technological R&D and innovation.
Established in 2016, Honghu (Suzhou) Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise dedicated to the R&D, production, and sales of localized semiconductor wafer transmission equipment and key components. Its products mainly include Equipment Front End Modules (EFEM), wafer sorters, vacuum transfer modules (VTM), and core semiconductor precision transmission components such as wafer handling robots. The company can provide wafer fabrication plants, chip manufacturers, semiconductor equipment manufacturers, and advanced packaging lines with industry-leading wafer automation transmission technologies, equipment, and overall solutions.
Suzhou Rusheng Electronics Co., Ltd. specializes in the R&D, design, and manufacturing of various electronic acoustic products, including automotive electronic amplifier systems, new energy vehicle pedestrian warning safety systems, and pure digital audio integrated circuits based on ASIC chips. The company possesses advanced full-process intelligent manufacturing technology and is equipped with a comprehensive Intelligent Manufacturing System (IMS). Through the coordinated operation of WMS (Warehouse Management System), SMT (Surface-Mount Technology production management system), and SFI (Shop Floor Information system), it achieves refined management and precise tracking of the entire process from material ordering, receiving, inspection, warehousing, and outbound logistics to production, assembly, and packaging/shipping, comprehensively implementing error-proofing and fool-proofing measures.
Furthermore, Suzhou Aikefu Electronics Co., Ltd. was approved as a Suzhou municipal-level enterprise technology center in the 29th batch. Founded in 2004, this company is a high-tech enterprise integrating the die-casting of aluminum/zinc alloy parts, precision machining, and component assembly. It is equipped with advanced production equipment such as machining centers, turning-milling centers, loading/unloading robots, and cold chamber die-casting machines, as well as inspection equipment including Zeiss coordinate measuring machines and standard C-arm rotating cabinet X-ray machines. It has an annual production capacity of over 30 million pieces of various power tool parts, home appliance components, communication accessories, automotive parts, and electrical products, directly supplying companies like Stanley Black & Decker, Ecovacs, and Electrolux.
Enterprise technology centers act as the "most powerful brains" and "dynamic engines" driving corporate innovation development, and are pivotal forces leading industrial innovation. In recent years, the Xiangcheng High-tech Zone has adhered to an innovation-driven strategy, actively encouraging and supporting enterprises to enhance their technological innovation capabilities, accelerating the cultivation of enterprise technology centers, and fully leveraging their guiding and demonstrative role in building corporate technological innovation systems and independent innovation capabilities. To date, the Xiangcheng High-tech Zone has cumulatively obtained approval for 8 provincial-level enterprise technology centers and 7 municipal-level enterprise technology centers.
