AOM International releases Circular and Special General Meeting notice; opens request window for printed materials

AOM International Group Company Limited has announced that its latest Corporate Communication—a bilingual Circular and Notice of Special General Meeting—is now available on both the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s own site (www.AOM381.com). Stakeholders can locate the documents under the “Announcements” section of the corporate webpage.

Non-registered shareholders may obtain hard copies by completing and mailing the accompanying Request Form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. A pre-paid mailing label is provided for Hong Kong postage.

The company highlights that:

1. Any request for printed materials will automatically extend to all future Corporate Communications until shareholdings cease or the shareholder instructs otherwise. 2. The instruction remains valid until 31 December 2026 unless revoked or superseded earlier. 3. Enquiries can be directed to the dedicated hotline at (852) 2980 1333, available 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Corporate Communications are defined to include, among other items, annual and interim reports, notices of meeting and circulars. The Personal Information Collection Statement attached to the Request Form clarifies data usage and access rights under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
