Tradelink Electronic Commerce Limited has published its 2025 Annual Report, the related AGM circular and the notice of the Annual General Meeting. Both English and Chinese versions are now available on the company’s website (www.tradelink.com.hk) and the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders who previously elected to receive printed copies will find the hard-copy pack enclosed with the current mailing.\n\nIn line with the paperless listing requirements under Listing Rules 2.07A and 2.07B, Tradelink is adopting an electronic dissemination model for all future corporate communications, including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms. Printed versions remain available upon request at no cost.\n\nNon-registered shareholders are advised to provide a valid email address to their banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited to ensure future notifications are received.
