DualityBio-B Announces Appointment of Leung Chi Kit as Joint Company Secretary

The board of DUALITYBIO-B (09606) has announced a change in its company secretarial and authorized representative positions.

Ms. Tsang Wing Man has resigned from her roles as the company's Joint Company Secretary, the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and as the authorized representative for receiving legal process and notices in Hong Kong as required by Rule 19.05(2) and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance.

Her resignation will take effect from June 26, 2026.

Mr. Leung Chi Kit has been appointed as the Joint Company Secretary, authorized representative, and legal process agent to succeed Ms. Tsang, with his appointment also effective from June 26, 2026.

Ms. Yuen Ka Lai will continue to serve as the other Joint Company Secretary of the company.
