United Company RUSAL, international public joint-stock company (RUSAL), has announced that the registered address of its Hong Kong branch share registrar and transfer office, Hongkong Managers and Secretaries Limited, will change effective 14 September 2026.

The new location will be: Unit A, 20/F, South Island Place, 8 Wong Chuk Hang Road, Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong.

The registrar’s existing telephone and facsimile numbers will remain unchanged.

RUSAL’s board currently comprises three executive directors (Evgenii Nikitin, Natalia Albrekht, Elena Ivanova), three non-executive directors (Semen Mironov, Anton Egorov, Vladimir Kolmogorov) and eight independent non-executive directors, with Bernard Zonneveld serving as chairman.
