Weigao Group Repurchases 2.38 Million H Shares for HK$7.70 Million in June, Cuts Free-float Stock to 4.46 Billion

Shandong Weigao Group Medical Polymer Company Limited (Weigao Group) disclosed in its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer that it bought back 2.38 million H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange during June 2026. The transactions, executed via 11 on-market purchases between 10 June and 30 June, amounted to HK$7.70 million, implying an average repurchase price of approximately HK$3.24 per share.

After the buy-backs: • Issued H shares (excluding treasury shares) declined to 4.46 billion from 4.46 billion at end-May, a reduction of 0.05%. • Treasury shares rose to 60.06 million, equivalent to 1.33% of the total issued share capital of 4.52 billion shares. • Total authorised share capital remained unchanged at 457.06 million RMB, comprising 4.52 billion listed H shares and 48.30 million unlisted ordinary shares, each with a par value of RMB 0.10.

Public float remained compliant with the Main Board’s minimum 25% requirement as at 30 June 2026.

Transaction snapshot (June 2026): – Highest repurchase price: HK$3.35 on 12 June. – Lowest repurchase price: HK$3.15 on 24 June. – Aggregate consideration: HK$7.70 million for 2.38 million shares.

No new share options, warrants, or convertible securities were issued during the month, and all regulatory filings and authorisations have been duly completed, according to the company secretary’s confirmation.
