Newtrend Group Announces Resignation of Executive Director Wu Dingfeng, Effective June 2026

Newtrend Group Holding Co., Ltd. disclosed that Executive Director Mr. Wu Dingfeng has submitted his resignation due to personal and family reasons, effective 12 June 2026.

The company confirmed that Mr. Wu has no disagreements with the Board and that no matters related to his departure require shareholder or Stock Exchange attention.

Newtrend Group emphasized that the resignation will not reduce the Board below its minimum quorum and will not disrupt normal Board functions or the Group’s production and operations. The Board intends to appoint a successor promptly and will issue further announcements when appropriate.

As of 16 June 2026, the Board consists of Chairman and Executive Director Mr. Wang Xiaoqiang, Executive Directors Mr. Wang Hao, Ms. Chen Lijun, and Ms. Zuo Yue; Non-executive Director Mr. Xiao Fan; and Independent Non-executive Directors Dr. Song Jingjin, Dr. Zhang Qian, and Mr. Lo Kwing Yu.
