On September 18, 2026, BlackRock, Inc. disposed of 1.99 million H shares of HTSC by way of releasing a security interest, in an off-exchange transaction for non-cash assets, according to a filing by Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited. The transaction was not a direct secondary-market dealing.
Prior to the disposal, BlackRock's long position in HTSC was 138.74 million shares, representing 8.07%; following the disposal, the holding changed to 136.74 million shares, with the long position ratio falling to 7.95%.
