Representatives from the Meituan Rural Children's Playground Public Welfare Plan recently visited the Second Kindergarten in Xin Barag Right Banner to conduct an assessment and research for a donation. Officials from the local Federation of Industry and Commerce and the Education Bureau accompanied the visit.
The inspection team surveyed the kindergarten's outdoor activity areas on-site, engaging in in-depth discussions with the kindergarten administrators and teacher representatives to gain a detailed understanding of the children's exercise needs and the practical challenges in using the facilities. Following the inspection, both parties held a symposium. The head of the local Education Bureau outlined the current state of preschool education development in Xin Barag Right Banner and highlighted the shortcomings in the kindergarten's hardware facilities.
The project representatives stated that, based on this assessment, they plan to donate a multi-functional activity playground and age-appropriate outdoor sports equipment to the kindergarten. Concurrently, they will organize relevant external training programs for the kindergarten's teachers. These initiatives aim to help enhance the children's physical fitness and ensure access to quality educational resources.
This assessment and research visit has not only laid a solid foundation for the implementation of the "Meituan Rural Children's Playground Public Welfare Plan" in Xin Barag Right Banner but also provides valuable experience for improving sports facilities in more rural kindergartens in the future. It further advances the broader "Ten Thousand Enterprises Revitalize Ten Thousand Villages" campaign.
