NETEASE MUSIC (HKEX: 9899) has announced a cancellation of treasury shares. Between September 9, 2024, and May 29, 2026, the company conducted a series of share repurchases on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited under its 2024 and 2025 repurchase mandates. These repurchased shares were held as treasury stock.

As of the announcement date, the company had repurchased a total of 7.63135 million shares to be held as treasury stock. This quantity represented approximately 3.63% of the total number of issued shares, excluding treasury shares. These treasury shares were subsequently cancelled on June 12, 2026.
