China Everbright Bank: Executive Director and Vice President Yang Bingbing Resigns Effective 11 August 2026

China Everbright Bank Company Limited announced that Executive Director and Vice President Yang Bingbing submitted his resignation to the Board on 11 August 2026 due to job adjustment. His departure from the roles of Executive Director, member of the Social Responsibility, Inclusive Finance Development and Consumer Rights and Interests Protection Committee, and Vice President takes immediate effect on the same date.

The bank confirmed that Yang Bingbing has no disagreements with the Board, and there are no matters related to his resignation requiring shareholder attention. The Board’s headcount remains above the statutory minimum, and all responsibilities have been duly handed over in line with internal procedures.

During his tenure, Yang Bingbing was credited with advancing the bank’s financial technology initiatives, strengthening its comprehensive risk management framework, enhancing internal control and compliance, and improving operational efficiency. The Board expressed formal appreciation for his contributions.

Post-resignation, China Everbright Bank’s Board comprises: • Executive Directors: Hao Cheng and Qi Ye • Non-executive Directors: Wu Lijun, Cui Yong, Zhao Jingjing, Yao Wei, Zhang Mingwen, Li Wei • Independent Non-executive Directors: Li Yinquan, Liu Shiping, Huang Zhenzhong, Liu Qiao, Hu Xiang, Li Yingqi
