Hanx Biopharmaceuticals (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. (HANXBIO-B) disclosed a Next Day Disclosure Return dated 13 July 2026, confirming an on-market repurchase of 45,700 H-shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The transaction, executed on 13 July 2026 under the company’s existing buyback mandate, was completed at prices ranging from HK$28.48 to HK$30.00 per share, with a volume-weighted average cost of HK$28.98. Total consideration amounted to HK$1.32 million.
Following the repurchase, the number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.034% to 134.25 million, while treasury shares rose to 1.97 million. The company’s total issued share capital remained unchanged at 136.22 million shares.
The buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 24 June 2026, which authorises the repurchase of up to 13.47 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 446,100 shares, equivalent to 0.33% of the company’s issued share base at the mandate date. A moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales is in effect until 12 August 2026.
