Hony Media Group (419) Announces Board Composition and Committee Arrangements

On 3 November 2025, Hony Media Group (Stock Code: 419) disclosed an updated list of Directors and details of Board committee memberships. According to the announcement, the Board comprises one Non-Executive Director, two Executive Directors, and three Independent Non-Executive Directors.
