COSCO SHIPPING Holdings Co., Ltd. (01919) reported that as of 28 February 2026, its total authorized share capital reached RMB 15.64 billion. The authorized capital of H shares remained at 2.97 billion shares, while authorized A shares rose by 0.06 million shares to 12.66 billion shares.
The total issued H shares stood at 2.76 billion, unchanged from the previous month. Issued A shares increased by 0.06 million to 12.56 billion. The company also noted that 0.06 million new A shares were issued through the exercise of share options, generating RMB 0.06 million in proceeds.
