The decision follows the failure to reach a consensus on the proposed audit fees for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, with EY. To uphold strong corporate governance and enhance auditor independence, the Board Audit Committee and the Board of Directors have decided not to retain EY for audit services for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025.
