CON AERO TECH: J.P. Morgan Adjusts Derivative Exposure by 20.96 Million Under Proposed Delisting

Hong Kong, 13 August 2026 – Continental Aerospace Technologies Holding Limited (CON AERO TECH) released a Rule 22 Public Disclosure Form under the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers, detailing derivative dealings by J.P. Morgan Securities PLC, a Class (5) associate of the Offeror involved in the company’s proposed delisting.

On 12 August 2026, J.P. Morgan Securities PLC executed five transactions linked to CON AERO TECH shares:

• Derivative issues: Four new derivative contracts referencing a total of 1.28 million shares were issued at a reference price of USD 0.4556 per share, generating gross consideration of USD 0.58 million. Three of these contracts mature on 20 July 2027, while a 26,000-share contract matures on 30 April 2029.

• Derivative close-out: A separate contract referencing 19.68 million shares was closed out at USD 0.4545 per share, with a cash flow of USD 8.94 million.

The day’s activity resulted in a net decrease of 18.40 million shares in J.P. Morgan Securities PLC’s derivative-linked position. After the adjustments, the firm’s resultant balance—including positions held by any parties with whom it has agreements or understandings—stood at 378.24 million shares.

All transactions were conducted for J.P. Morgan Securities PLC’s own account. The disclosure forms part of the ongoing regulatory requirements associated with the proposed delisting of CON AERO TECH.
