Sino Harbour Subsidiaries Sign RMB65.00 Million Repayment Deal with Contractor, Secure Debt with Leping Land Use Rights

Sino Harbour Holdings Group Limited announced that on 25 August 2026 its subsidiaries Jiangxi Ganghong Investment Co., Limited and Leping Runfeng Real Estate Development Co., Limited entered into a project repayment agreement with independent contractor Jiangxi Gaoneng Construction Engineering Co., Ltd.

Under the agreement, Gaoneng Construction will receive settlement of an outstanding contract balance of approximately RMB65.00 million for construction services previously rendered to Jiangxi Ganghong. The liability will be repaid in instalments according to a predefined schedule, with the final payment due by December 2029.

As collateral, Leping Runfeng has granted Gaoneng Construction a charge over land use rights for a parcel located in Leping City, Jiangxi Province. The charge will be released upon full satisfaction of the repayment obligations.

The board of Sino Harbour stated that the pledged land use rights are not expected to exert any material adverse impact on the Group’s business or operations. The company is actively pursuing additional funding sources to meet the instalment timetable and will release further updates in accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange requirements.
