Kehua Data Co., Ltd. (002335.SZ) announced that its board of directors has approved the sale of 100% equity and related intangible assets of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhangzhou Kehua Technology Co., Ltd. ("Zhangzhou Kehua"), to its controlling shareholder, Xiamen Kehua Weiye Co., Ltd. ("Kehua Weiye"), for RMB 26.1087 million. Upon completion of the transaction, the company will no longer hold any equity in Zhangzhou Kehua, and Zhangzhou Kehua will cease to be included in the company's consolidated financial statements. The transaction aims to streamline operations and reduce the impact of non-core business activities on the listed company's performance.
